Wisconsin’s up-and-coming entrepreneurs can apply for for mentorship, strategy and financing support through the end of January.
The annual Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest, which connects early-stage tech businesses with resources and a statewide business network, is accepting entries for its 2025 competition.
The competition is run by the Wisconsin Technology Council and sponsored by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp.
Companies or individuals that have not received angel or venture capital for their business plan in its current form are eligible to apply. There is no fee to enter.
Since its inception in 2004, winners have been awarded with about $2.9 million cash and professional services. In 2024, finalists shared in about $120,000 in cash and service prizes.
